Using glitch but warm monotone as his trade mark, Glass Bystander explains <Diverging Flash> as:

"I used to the light through the water, the surface of prism and the bubbles, interested. I found that some complex and gorgeous scene rebirth from a single process, which leading me produce this release. In the process of producing, fancy technics were avoided intentionally, to make the negative spaces give the impression from the echoes."
